Red Fox provides business development, go-to-market execution, go-to-market engineering and revenue acceleration services for B2B tech startups operating in or expanding into Mexico or LATAM. The scope of each engagement is defined by a separate written agreement.

Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information and collaborate in good faith to support the success of the engagement. Any delays or failures resulting from client-side non-cooperation will not be the responsibility of Red Fox.

We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms or the terms of your individual contract. You may also terminate services subject to the conditions outlined in your service agreement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws with the country of Mexico and city of Guadalajara, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration or litigation in the appropriate jurisdiction.
